## The project

Order Guide is a B2B2C marketplace built on Shopify. Businesses list and sell through it, and their customers buy from them on it, so the platform has to work for two kinds of user at once.

The original plan scoped it as a 6 month project for a team of 10.

## How it was built

Instead of staffing a team of 10, two people ran the build with xSquads. Each person directed a squad of AI teammates working through the backlog on a shared task board.

The bots picked up cards and handed finished work to Review. Nothing shipped until one of the two people had checked and approved it, so the people kept the decisions and the squads took the volume.

## The result

The marketplace was delivered in 3 months, half the planned time, with 2 people instead of 10.
