Scaling
These posts are about growing output when hiring is the wrong next step. One follows a prototype built in Lovable or Replit into a production codebase, including what has to change in review and ownership. The other is about scaling delivery without scaling headcount: a service company trying to ship more without a larger payroll as the only lever.
They describe a path and a review gate. They do not invent a headcount ratio or a customer result. Read them when the bottleneck is coordination, not a missing framework. The prototype piece is for a demo that now has real users. The headcount piece is for a team that is already in production and is being asked to go faster without a hiring plan.
