Data we collect on this website

Contact and waitlist forms: the details you submit, such as your name, email address and message. We use them to reply to you and to run the waitlist.

Analytics: with your consent we use Google Analytics, Ahrefs Web Analytics and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to understand traffic and measure campaigns. These tools may set cookies and receive your IP address and page activity. You can decline them in the cookie banner.

Data in the xSquads app

The app runs on your computer and works on your files and folders in place. We do not upload your folders to an xSquads server.

To do its work, a bot sends the text it needs for a task, such as a prompt or a file excerpt, to the AI engine that handles the task. That content is processed by the engine provider under its own terms. See the security page for details.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run the site and app (hosting, analytics, email, AI engine providers), and where the law requires it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to its use. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Retention and changes

We keep form submissions only as long as needed to handle your request or run the waitlist. We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date above.
